Weight loss is a reduction of total body weight or body mass due to some medical or natural reasons. Weight Loss is done intentionally to reduce the obesity or to get the nice figure or unintentionally by some diseases, improper diet and due to depression.

To have a weight less then the average weight may lead to some serious problems in women during pregnancy and during older age.

There are various pros and cons due to weight loss. Everyone is trying to lose your weight to make healthy and fit. Someone suffers lots of problems due to weight loss.

There are two reasons to lose the weight intentionally and unintentionally.

Unintentional weight loss-
Unintentional weight loss occurs in many diseases and conditions, including some very serious diseases such as cancer, AIDS, and a variety of other diseases.
Lots of causes of unintentional weight loss like starvation, cancer, AIDS, Gastrointestinal disorders, renal disease, Cardiac disease, Neurologic disease, medications side effect and also stress can cause weight loss.

Intentional weight loss-
Intentional weight loss refers to the loss of total body mass in an effort to improve fitness and health or to change appearance good.
