  • Eating less bread and baked goods could be a great way how to lose weight while pregnant because it could also reduce your risk of gestational diabetes, insulin resistance and type II diabetes in later life.

  • Avoid Processed and Prepared Foods because it contains too many calories and too much sodium.

  • Drink plenty of water to reduce your weight. Most people do not consume enough water during the day. Due to this dehydration problem may occur. Drinking water will help refresh your body and keep away from various dangerous diseases.

  • Postnatal exercise class is also best option to reduce your weight after pregnancy.

  • Potato wedges - put them on oven foil or paper, to save on the grease on the baking tray. A very nice low fat potato option.

  • Dried fruit - such as mango, prunes and apricots.
